Art Advent - Karlsplatz

ART ADVENT is a magical Christmas arts-and-crafts market held every December at Vienna’s Karlsplatz, framed by the majestic Karlskirche. Organized by Divina Art, it features about 80 carefully selected artisans who only showcase their own handcrafted work. The market is known for its high-quality craftsmanship, fair production, and regional materials. Culinary offerings make it unique too — it’s the only Advent market in Austria with a fully bio-certified food and drink program. Visitors enjoy live music, stilt performances by theater groups like Soluna Rising, and charming children’s activities like a straw landscape, a carousel of found objects, and a draisine ride.
