Description

Experience an exciting look behind the scenes of power generation in 90 minutes. The history of hydropower and the power plant is told in the information centre with its own cinema, various exhibits and a large power plant model.

Fixed tour times: every Sunday and public holiday, at 2 p.m., and every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, at 10 a.m.

Family tours for individuals and families (every Sunday and public holiday throughout the year at 2 p.m. and every 2nd Sunday and public holiday at 10 a.m., booking required!)

Guided tours by appointment: Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm possible.

Please also note:

  • Groups of up to 25 people possible, maximum 2 groups at a time.
  • FFP2 masks compulsory during the guided tour
  • Registration is required at least 48 hours in advance by Email: stromhaus@verbund.com
  • The tour fee must be paid in cash on site.
  • 50% reduction for holders of a disabled person's pass.

Pregnant women, persons with pacemakers and other implanted electronic medical devices, as well as persons with fever or flu-like symptoms are not permitted to participate in guided tours. We ask for your understanding.
