Citybike Wien

Citybike Wien is an innovative, environmentally friendly way to move around Wien – ideal for short distances. There are over 120 stations, and the service is available around the clock, 365 days a year. 🚲

Registration is easy: it is done online (also via mobile) or at a station; you will need a credit or bank card issued by an Austrian bank. The one-time registration fee is 1 euro, and only one bike can be registered per card. Rentals and returns are possible at any station.

The best: first hour FREE! After that, progressive rates apply: the 2nd hour costs 1 euro, the 3rd hour costs 2 euros, and the 4th through 120th hour costs 4 euros per started hour. In case of overage, a flat fee of 600 euros is charged. Citybike Wien is excellent for short trips from A to B, less suitable for very long distances. ⏱️🌿
