Donauturm is a Viennese landmark and, at 252 meters, the tallest building in Austria. A visit means: 360-degree panoramic views, rotating restaurants and cozy coffee and cake.
For families and children the tower is a real experience: with the fast elevators it takes 35 seconds to reach the observation deck – exciting for kids. Ideal for children aged 2–6, 6–10, 10–12 as well as for teenagers from 12 years old. Birthday parties and school or kindergarten groups are possible.
Dining and highlights: The rotating tower restaurant at 170 m offers seasonal cuisine, the Turmcafé at 160 m serves pastries and coffee. Additionally there is a glass-enclosed indoor terrace, open year-round. Also Europe’s tallest slide awaits (start at 165 m, 40 m long, about 7–9 seconds, up to 18 km/h) – a short, thrilling adventure for older children and teenagers.
