Esterházypark

The Esterházypark is a surprisingly cool, medium-sized neighborhood park and playground next to the Haus des Meeres in Mariahilf – a perfect reward destination after a shopping stroll on Mariahilferstraße. It feels relaxed, is compact, and popular as a meeting point for families. 🌳

For children there are many play options: a giant slide, a giant climbing structure, a sand and mud playground, tunnels for hiding, sandbox, swings and a generous swing boat. A playful water fountain, picnic tables and a drinking fountain provide comfort. 🚀

The park is suitable for children of all ages: 0–2, 2–6, 6–10, 10–12 and 12+. In addition, it offers numerous sports facilities such as table tennis, a skate park, volleyball and basketball courts, as well as open areas for movement. Notably, the Coolspot with mist jets – laid out in 2020 – can lower the air temperature by up to 6 degrees. ❄️
