Immerse yourself in the everyday life of times past: At the Vienna Folklore Museum, over 100,000 objects and 200,000 photographs tell the stories of ordinary people – ideal for curious children and families. 🧰📷

With interactive quiz-guided tours you can discover toys, kitchen utensils, agricultural equipment, furniture, and more. The venue also offers a rich program with guided tours and hands-on workshops for schools, kindergartens, and private groups.

Topics include life on the farm, healthy eating, culinary workshops, medicinal plants and essential oils, as well as workshops on food and tool production. The offerings are aimed at children and adolescents in the following age groups: 2–6, 6–10, 10–12 and from 12 years old. 👧🧑👦

Tip: A visit can be wonderfully combined with Schönborn Park – there are three playgrounds for children of all ages. A break is provided by the family-friendly Hildebrandt Café, which is especially pleasant in the garden on warm summer days.
