The Hubertuswarte is an observation tower at the highest point of the Lainzer Tiergarten and offers a breathtaking panorama. The tower is 22 m high and accessible via 122 steps – a small adventure for children. From the summit you can see Ötscher, Schneeberg and Rax as well as Braunsberg near Hainburg; Vienna and the surrounding villages are also visible. The tower is always open, except in snow or ice. Admission is free.
For families: Strollers can be pushed along the path, but may not be brought onto the observation deck. A baby carrier is recommended when climbing. Directly next to the Rohrhaus there is a wonderful forest playground.
