Jägerwiese is a beautiful, wild forest meadow in the Wienerwald that is very popular with families and children. The highlight is a simple forest playground and a petting zoo at Pension Agnesbrünnl – the pension also offers drinks or homemade meals. 🌲🐐🥾
The meadow sits at the crossroads of numerous hiking trails (Cobenzl, Kahlenberg, Nussdorf, Klosterneuburg, Hermannskogel, Sievering, Exelberg, Rohrerwiese) and is located directly on the official Stadtwanderweg 2 – Hermannskogel. It is a popular destination for school trips and offers about an hour's walk from Cobenzl as a welcome alternative to well-known playgrounds such as Am Himmel or Cobenzl. For tours toward Hermannskogel, a baby carrier or a stroller is recommended. 🥾
