manú – Raum für Schwangerschaft & Elternschaft offers families a varied program. 🌿

For babies from 6 months and children from 0–2 and 2–6 years there are music and movement playgroups, baby brunch and parent-child meetings. 🎶

• Parent workshops: babywearing, baby massage, shiatsu for babies.
• Mama fitness & postnatal recovery as well as pregnancy yoga.
• Creative workshops such as sewing workshops and special lectures – currently: herbal encounters.
