Nationalpark Donau Auen – Nature in its purest form from Vienna to Bratislava. On 9,300 hectares of floodplain landscape, the Nationalpark invites families to explore by hiking, cycling, or boating 🌿🚶♀️🚴♂️🛶.

Suitable for children and adolescents: 0–2 years, 2–6 years, 6–10 years, 10–12 years and from 12 years. Offerings include guided hikes, guided boat tours, family weekends, holiday weeks and educational programs for schools and kindergartens 👨👩👧👦📚

Highlights include Schloss Orth with the IM FLUSS. exhibition and the Auerlebnisgelände as well as the underwater observation station and child-friendly animal enclosures – ideal for budding little naturalists 🐢. Rangers offer engaging tours and environmental education. Note: The floodplains are regularly flooded – heed notices and avoid closed paths ⚠️🌊
