\nIn the sessions you will find breathing exercises, stretching, gentle yoga poses and relaxation phases. A special focus is on Pranayama – breathing techniques for better oxygen supply for mother and child and for calming the nervous system. Targeted exercises strengthen shoulders, the entire back, leg muscles, the pelvis and the pelvic floor, and relieve pregnancy-related discomforts.
\nRecommended from the end of the twelfth week of pregnancy until birth; no prior experience is needed. There is a trial class and drop-in is possible. The class takes place in a bright, spacious loft practice room. 🌿
