Swimming Pond Hirschstetten

Hirschstetten Swimming Pond is a family-friendly natural swimming area in Donaustadt, featuring a child-friendly beach, a baby bay with sand and a great playground. 🏖️👶

• A designated dog-swimming zone on the southwest shore 🐾

• Ball game areas: beach volleyball, bocce and table tennis 🏐

• Sunbathing lawns, picnic tables, drinking water fountains and public restrooms

• Small kiosk on site

• Generous recreation area (about 215,000 m²) – ideal for walking, jogging, fitness training and kids' cycling 🚶♀️🏃♂️🚴

For all ages: babies (0–2), toddlers (2–6), children (6–10), older children (10–12) and youths (12 and up). Swimming is free – please bring your own swimming gear. In winter the pond can be used for ice skating when frozen (at your own risk); on snowy days the surroundings offer sledding fun. 🏊‍♂️❄️
