TV Turnverein Gersthof offers a versatile program with artistic gymnastics, gymnastics and team sports for the whole family 🤸‍♀️. Parent-child gymnastics for children aged 2 to 4, gymnastics and exercise courses for children aged 4 to 12 and courses for youths and adults from 12 years old – including gymnastics only for girls aged 12 and up.

Courses range from conditioning gymnastics, yoga and Bodyshape to conditioning gymnastics, cross-training and Silat. Ideal for a love of movement, coordination and team spirit. 🧘‍♀️💪
