Weghuberpark

Weghuberpark lies right next to the MuseumsQuartier and is a well-kept, surprisingly quiet retreat – perfect for families looking to escape the bustle for a short while. 🌳

The shaded playground features two climbing structures, each with a relatively large slide, a sandbox, various swings and ride-on animals – ideal play opportunities for little explorers. ⚽🎠

On the other side there is a ball-playing area with soccer goals and basketball hoops, as well as spaces for volleyball and bocce. A standing water feature of over 70 square meters adds to the atmosphere. In the summer, the mobile Burger restaurant Burger de Ville is often in the park. 🍔

Since 2018, additional accessible playground equipment has been installed (e.g., wheelchair carousel, wheelchair-accessible sand play table, optical turntable, sound disc) – for inclusive, shared play. ♿
