Welcome to the English Cinema Haydn, where you can enjoy the best of English-language cinema in the heart of the city! As one of the oldest family-run cinemas in Vienna, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for families and movie lovers of all ages.

Our big screen has been exclusively showing English versions of Hollywood blockbusters since 1995, providing an authentic experience for English-speaking audiences. But we also like to mix things up with occasional screenings of classic films and live performances from the UK's top operas, theaters, and ballets.

At our well-stocked candy bar, you'll find all your favorite movie snacks, including fresh salty popcorn that's sure to please both kids and adults. And don't forget to vote on our website for the film you want to see in the next two weeks – your voice matters to us!

Fun fact: before we became a cinema, our building was a theater and even served as an air-raid shelter during World War II. But now, it's a cozy and comfortable space where families can come together and enjoy the magic of the movies.
