From October 29 to 31, the Prater becomes a glowing, spooky-fun park for kids, families, and Halloween fans! Enjoy hands-on workshops, circus acts, pumpkin carving, and the famous Halloween Parade on October 31.

• 18:30 – Halloween Parade: The legendary parade with dancers, stilt walkers, and fire artists marching through the Prater.

• 18:30 onwards – Planetarium Shows: “Cosmic Horrors” every full and half hour.

• 22:00 – Official Halloween Party @ Prater Dome: Costumes, music & lights for grown-ups.

• Arrive around 2 PM to catch the kids’ program and avoid crowds.

• Public transport (U1/U2 Praterstern) is the best way to get there.

• Changing and rest areas near the main entrance and Riesenradplatz.

• The evening parade is great for older kids – bring ear protection if needed.
