Not only did they create the now-famous Eis-Marillen-Knödel (an ice cream version of the beloved Austrian apricot dumpling dish), but it feels like they also invented a time machine.
As you indulge in their legendary ice cream creations, like the Spaghetti Eis, or a simple cone or cup, you'll be served by motherly waitresses in charming white-and-pink-striped dresses. Suddenly, you'll find yourself transported to a world where a scoop of ice cream has the power to make everything better.
Our personal favorite is the Eis-Marillen-Knödel – it's creamy, crunchy, and fruity all at the same time, leaving your taste buds in a state of blissful confusion. And if you're lucky enough to discover the seemingly hidden salon in the back, with its unexpected stained glass door and ceiling, you'll feel like you've stumbled upon a secret oasis of sweetness.
